In addition to new carpet & painting, the facility required a shafted mechanical upgrade to achieve full temperature & ventilation control in their existing corridors. Surface mounted lights & light / fan assemblies were replaced with recessed can lights for a more clean, uniform appearance. A decorative wood molding trim conceals new plumbing mains that were added for additional bathroom remodels as it was not possible to add larger scale piping into the original 1975 wood floor / ceiling assembly.

The existing corridors had only ceiling fans with no fresh air capabilities creating a poorly lit & at times foul smelling environment.
