The Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority needed to bring their various departments under one roof. The building is adjacent to the Golden Tides complex with a commanding view out over Dyes Inlet. Two covered decks allow employees to enjoy the air & sea views as weather allows. Exterior materials include stained cedar board and batton & cedar shake siding with a painted heavy timber decorative portico.
