A new home for low income seniors

Low income seniors are vulnerable to homelessness and the Kitsap County Consolidated Housing Authority is the place they turn to for assistance. This 26-unit apartment building provides primarily 1-bedroom units with common area amenity spaces including living, activity & dining rooms with ground level access to a trellised outdoor garden patio & walking area lawn. The larger amount of shared common space encourages social interaction between seniors, their neighbors and visiting family members.
